What We Offer Monday-Friday Schedule 9 days Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and Vision options 401k Delicious complimentary meals while on shift Uniforms provided Diverse and inclusive work environment Essential Functions Performs quality control checks on all service items Greet guests with a friendly and energetic personality Verifies that all prepped items needed for lunch service are in order Produces Grab and Go salad and sandwich items as needed or instructed Sets up, maintains, stocks, breaks down and cleans all stations Ensure hot food is served hot, and cold food is served cold Responsible for cleaning the equipment used including individual stations, food processing equipment and tools, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of Front of the House equipment (Froyo Machine, Waffle Machine, Panini Press, etc.
) Follow all HACCP plans and procedures and take corrective action as needed Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained Ensure that a consistent first-class product of the highest quality is achieved and maintained in the production kitchen whilst adhering to operational deadlines To project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all Team Members and caf guests Knowledge and Skills Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Sense of urgency and ability to work in a team setting within a safe manner Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required At least one-year relative experience in full service, moderate to high volume Restaurant, Club, or Catering establishment California Food Handlers Card Must be authorized to work in the U.
